2.3 Bank Statement Data

During onboarding, you may optionally upload bank statements for AI-assisted analysis. These files are processed in real-time and never stored on our servers. Only the extracted financial insights (income sources, expense categories, suggested budgets) are retained to set up your account.

2.4 Camera and Receipt Data

You may use the camera to capture receipts or contextual images for transaction input. These images are processed via AI to extract transaction details (amount, description, category) and are not stored on our servers after processing.

2.5 Device Information

We collect basic device information to optimize the app experience:

• Device manufacturer and model
• Operating system version
• App version

2.6 Preferences

We store your app preferences including language, theme, and currency settings.

2.7 Usage Analytics (with your consent)

If you opt in, we collect anonymous usage data to understand how Jebud is used and improve the app. This includes:

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Local data on your device can be cleared by uninstalling the app.

2. Description of Service

Jebud is a personal budget management application that helps you track expenses, manage budgets, set saving goals, and gain AI-powered financial insights. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Jebud offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription with additional features
• Subscriptions are billed through the Google Play Store and are subject to their terms
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Play Store; access continues until the end of the billing period

6. AI-Powered Features

Jebud uses artificial intelligence (via Anthropic and OpenAI) to provide financial insights, budget recommendations, transaction categorization, and voice transcription. These features are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. You should not rely solely on AI-generated insights for financial decisions. We are not responsible for any actions taken based on AI recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

The Jebud application, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by Jebud and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the financial data you enter into the app. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jebud and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial losses resulting from reliance on the app's features or AI-generated recommendations.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice.
